What's the point of predictive analytics if you have the availability of real time remote monitoring alerting the deterioration?

It's not only about Big Data it's about Real Time Data.

Big Data is also about Quality not Quantity.

We engage in IBM Partnerworld and the IBM Global Entrepreneurial programme working with the IBM team at Hursley (IBM R&D centre in England) using Softlayer and offering our technology solution on Bluemix. We are also working towards being on the new IBM Marketplace platform.

The flexibility in using multiple sensors and switched also gives us the low cost platform in working with the IBM Smart Cities and IOC (Intelligent Operations Centre) programmes.

A lot of our time is spent in Advanced Manufacturing using our innovative technology to improve products and processes. Much of our current work is with industrial robotic paint lines.

For example: combining 182 sensors for the powerwash, blow off, dry off, flaming booth, primer oven, basecoat booth, basecoat oven, cleancoat booth, cleancoat oven, cooler and conveyor belt.

We undertake bespoke R&D with a number of manufacturers in the automotive and energy sectors.
